Privacy Policy

We collect account, contact, payment-status and usage information needed to operate the service, provide support, measure the signup and scan experience, process payments, and prevent abuse.

• Information may include name, email, country, account activity, scan activity, alert preferences, payment status, and contact form submissions.
• For privacy-preserving usage measurement, the service may store one-way hashes derived from an IP address, browser identifier and session identifier. These are used for aggregate funnel and abuse-prevention analysis rather than advertising profiles.
• Opportunity emails are optional and can be disabled in the dashboard.
• Payment providers may collect and process payment information under their own terms. We store payment status and transaction identifiers, not card details.
• We may retain records for support, compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
